Kathy Miller is the president of The Fairfax Group. She has been in the training and consulting business for over 25 years and founded The Fairfax Group 20 years ago. Kathy has worked with numerous major corporations over the years to provide programs related to selling skills, management development, team building, strategic planning, business strategies, and business finance. Her focus is working with various corporations to identify the best solutions (simulations) to implement to address their business challenges. She has also built a cadre of highly qualified consultants and facilitators to work with clients. Kathy has a degree in Business.
Brent Snow lives in New York. For the last 20 years he has specialized in using simulations to help managers be more effective. Brent got involved with the simulation, Tango, at its inception and has conducted more than 300 sessions for almost every type of industry. Brent is not only an excellent facilitator, but he is very knowledgeable on current business strategies, thinking, and trends. He has a Masters in Adult Learning. Brent is the President of 10,000 Feet, the company that designed Interplay.
Jim Norris specializes in finance simulations. He has conducted these simulations for the past 15 years for corporations like Microsoft, Motorola, Oracle, and American Express. Jim lives in Georgia, is a CPA and also has an MBA. He is a dynamic facilitator and really helps people understand how they impact the financials by their everyday actions and decisions.
Ken Victor specializes in innovation, coaching, change management, strategic thinking, and executive development. He has been in the consulting and training business for 20 years and brings much creativity and insight to all his interactions with clients. He received degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Syracuse University and lives near Quebec, Canada. He is the President of Edgework Leadership Group.
Dan Topf has been conducting Tango, Decision Base, and Apples & Oranges for the last four years. Prior to this, Dan was a senior consultant for nine years at the Principal Financial Group. There he was responsible for the company's business simulations and business literacy efforts. Dan was also a speech instructor at Iowa State University. He has designed and taught graduate courses in learning and performance improvement and he is a Certified Performance Technologist. He lives in Ames, Iowa and has a degree in Speech.
Nicole Boeckers honed her training and development capabilities while working in a variety of managerial positions with a Fortune 500 company for 19 years. She is passionate about improving an organization's effectiveness by empowering each individual to grow his or her skills and knowledge base. She is an expert at connecting business decision making to the overall goals of the company and at building collaboration and coordination across functional work groups. Nicole attended the University of Denver where she received degrees in Finance and Marketing and an MBA in Executive Leadership.
Bill Albert has been working in the world of experiential learning for over 10 years. He is the President of Business Methodologies International which is based in Chicago. He and his team specialize in designing customized business simulations. Over the last five years they have designed simulations focusing on business finance, process efficiencies, manufacturing, and the business side of healthcare. Bill is an energetic and engaging facilitator and has worked with all types of industries.
Tim Noonan has over 35 years of consulting and training experience. For the last 20 years he has specialized in facilitating business simulations for many Fortune 1000 companies. He is extremely knowledgeable about the latest business trends and concepts which adds a special component to his workshops. Tim has an MBA and heads up The XSEL Group. He lives in Maine.
